Custom Cuts
These sheets are provided for customers who need us to process their animal or customers interested in processing one of our own beef. Be advised, you do require an appointment with the shop to process your animal. We have a 2-month waiting time at the moment, so plan ahead. For deer processing, you do not need an appointment, we only accept boneless venison. This policy is subject to change without notice. We will keep you updated on this website.
