Buying a steer from us? This is hanging weight price including vacuum sealing. Patties and Chipsteak is extra. We will help you determine if a whole, half or quarter is the best choice for you. Wait time for receiving your order might be up to 2 months depending on volume. Please plan accordingly.

The package includes vacuum sealing, and smoked ham, smoked bacon. We are willing to help with choosing your cuts.

We accept boneless venison only for processing. We do require a certain weight for each product to use our vacuum stuffer. The weights are stated on the processing Sheet. If you need it only ground, we can do that the same day if fresh. Please call ahead to get on our list for processing. We will call when your order is ready.
